INTERESTED PARTY agrees to the wholesale purchase of 40% off retail price per product for resale.

minimum order of 6 units per item is required (ex. 6 8 oz mugs, 6 copitas)

all pieces are hand crafted from start to finish, we strive for consistency but slight shape and color differences may vary.

in order for taxes to be waived, interested party must submit a valid resale license for rib + Stone's records along with their wholesale request.

INTERESTED PARTY agrees to retain all original product names (including finish names) of all purchased rib + stone pieces.

rib and stone is not responsible for sales of wholesale products.

no Returns, exchanges or cancellations will be processed.

INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order upon agreement date, upon completion date (approximately 5 - 7 weeks from contract sign date) will be put towards the wholesale order total. If INTERESTED PARTY backs out of this agreement for any reason, the 50% non-refundable deposit will remain with rib + Stone to cover any losses.

INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for packaging and shipping costs For the entire order. rib + stone will provide packaging and shipping costs upon completion of all items and the cost will be added to the remaining 50% owed.

shipment will only be sent out after the remaining balance has been paid along with packaging and shipping costs.
